Astronomer has launched a formal investigation after its CEO, Andy Byron, was caught on a kiss cam canoodling with Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot — who is not his wife — during a Coldplay concert in Foxborough, MA, earlier this week.
In a statement released Friday, Astronomer said it is “committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability.”

“The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly,” the statement added.
Astronomer also clarified that Alyssa Stoddard, recently promoted to VP of People, was not at the concert, despite speculation to the contrary. The company further stated, “Andy Bryon has not issued any statement — reports claiming otherwise are inaccurate.”
